This was a 4.5 star experience. Clean, friendly salon. I had a pedicure by the owner who was very nice and did a good job. Still quiet there, trying to get business back after the shut down. Call first for an appointment, it’s worth it! If you follow google directions, they are wrong. The salon is in Oxford Square (Redner’s) across from the Wine and Spirit shop.

Worst service ever she cut me. Didn’t even let me nails soak in a solution to soften the acrylic before removing it. Just went crazy with a cuticle cutter to remove them and now my finger hurts and was bleeding but I got it to stop . Absolutely do NOT COME HERE Synthetic nail removal

Critical: Professionalism, QualityStill in disbelief of what happened today. I got an acrylic set and the man who was buffing my nails scraped my cuticles with the nail machine. I could literally see a piece of my cuticle showing that it was scraped on my thumb. I didn’t even notice until I went to wash my hands and my cuticles started to sting. I should have known this was going to happen because before he got to me he did my moms and I heard her say that he was hurting her. I do not appreciate their poor customer service considering every time I ask a question they seemed bothered to answer. In the pictures is a picture of my cuticle. Still in disbelief of what happened today. I got an acrylic set and the man who was buffing my nails scraped my cuticles with the nail machine. I could literally see a piece of my cuticle showing that it was scraped on my thumb. I didn’t even notice until I went to wash my hands and my cuticles started to sting. I went here to take my daughter and niece out for girls day and it was the worse the people there was rude giving dirty looks and cut there skin and was not professional at all and does other stuff then what u ask for and also when u ask a question they just look at you and ignore you as well as the nails are not even the same size ! I am a pretty loyal customer and if one of my dip nails cracks and don’t need them all redone, they have fixed it for free on several occasions. I have also had my dip nails removed twice and they only charged me half the price each time. There is rarely a wait and it is clean and quiet. I love C&T, they do a great job, prices are reasonable, and are friendly people. I am a pretty loyal customer and if one of my dip nails cracks and don’t need them all redone, they have fixed it for free on several occasions. I have also had my dip nails removed twice and they only charged me half the price each time. There is rarely a wait and it is clean and quiet. I won’t go anywhere else.

Was very disappointed at my service today. Nail technician was not only on the phone, but everyone in the shop was forced to listen to her conversation as she had her phone on speaker phone! Definitely not a calm and relaxing time for the customer. She was also working so quickly on my gel pedicure that she kept banging my toes with the drying apparatus. It took over 90 minutes for a pedicure.
