Knicked my skin several times around my nails. The drimmel was run way too fast, burning my nail beds. 1 technician was trying to service 3 customers. I had to ask for left over polish to be removed from my skin and the tips of my nails be smoothed out. The prices were reasonable, but if you’re looking for individual attention or pampering, this isn’t it.

Tech wasn’t familiar with the terms “buff” or “buffing”. And although the tech was polite and courteous, I probably will not return due to the foot basin still had clippings from the last client which was only rinsed down the drain and not cleaned properly. Sadly this gives an unclean feeling to the rest of my time there.

Critical: QualityI’ve went here a couple times prior to my last visit. She was very very rough with my nails and even cut two different fingers and then proceeded to stop my bleeding fingers with nail glue which is very unhygienic and could be dangerous. I will never go there again.

Went here Saturday. Cut my finger with the files and never even said anything. Proceeded to file and let it bleed. It’s been 4 days and my pinkie nail is already in half bc there wasn’t enough acrylic on the nail and it was very thin. Went after that to get them painted and another girl asked what happened. I told her what happened and she put stuff on it and then nail glue. There’s still acrylic all over my cuticles. My thumb nail has a lot of acrylic on the bottom but barely any on the top so it looks like I have a dent on my nail. My pointer finger is also really puffy. I have had problems like this before here but it’s cheaper so I went one more time with a friend. Last time I’m going there.

I absolutely will not be going back. The lady was very rough while doing a full set and kept insisting I had dry skin when in actuality, my “dry skin” was because she was grinding the nail file into the side of my finger. Also, she requested I pay her first. Had I not already paid $33 for something I’m completely unhappy with, I would have gotten up and left. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Don’t waste your time and money going here.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI tried this place for the 1st time and I have to say I will not be returning. While they are very nice and have reasonable prices the quality of the services was awful. My nails are all different sizes and some thick if I didn’t pay 35 dollars for them i would take them off but I’ll just have ugly nails. I went for a self care day for a pedicure and full set and left feeling worse than when I arrived and I am so disappointed this is the worst pedicure and set of nails I have ever gotten. Next time I will just have to have patients and wait for my regular girl who does them.I had an appointment at 1 and had to wait which is common no big deal but then he started my nails then a regular came in and sent me to get pedicure after pedicure he put me at another table and finished nails then had someone else paint them.. They also do not have a big selection of colors.I also feel it wasn’t very clean I didn’t see them disinfecting any of the supplies after use and the pedicure chairs were wore down and broke and stuff spilt on walls. Again they are very nice and good prices but for the 1st time I hate my nails and having my nails done is a self esteem booster and they look awful.
