When I first learned about cryo therapy I was intrigued but cautious, not sure if it would be for me considering I really don’t like the cold. The first time I learned about it was around a couple years ago, I think I was waiting to make sure there weren’t any crazy stories about it being dangerous. Man oh man, I wish I hadn’t waited! I’m 46 and have some autoimmune issues as well as some beginning stages of arthritis. I wasn’t able to go the entire 3 minutes because it was freaking cold! Lol. I will work up to it because I will definitely be going back and I am making this part of my therapy, physical and mental! I felt renewed, like my insides relaxed and pain I didn’t even know I had was just gone. Candice was so helpful and answered all my questions. I’ve never been anywhere else so I can’t really compare but, I don’t want to go anywhere else. Cryo Wellness Spa in Oxnard is easy to get to, very clean and friendly, oh and the price is right! I highly recommend this location and the treatments.
