Sunday afternoon, looking for a barbershop and this place was open. Told her i wanted a mid drop fade hair cut and she told me she knew it and proceeded to cut my hair. My hair came so horrible that she literally cut my hair in 2 minutes!! Lot of hair on back, my clothes are ruined, she will not clean it up. Told her i was disappointed in the haircut and it’s not what i asked for. Then she said i don’t know what is a mid drop fade, you should’ve went to a hair saloon!! Hold on, wait a minute. I thought they were professionals?? I thought the name of this place was crew cut salon?

Been going here for years and every time it seems to get worse. Don’t come here if you want a simple buzz cut because my situation was like many other reviews here. I went in today and now my hair is completely uneven. As mentioned with other reviews it felt very rushed, because it only took less than five minutes. The prices have seemed to go way up as well. That will be my last time giving business to Crew Cuts.

Pre-COVID came here as walk-in every 6-8 weeks for years and got reliable cuts from whoever was working. Now I’ve gone in twice in last 6 months (grew my hair longer) and got a bad and then even worse haircut… This last one had a section of the top buzzed off where I have it long. Sad to see the quality dropped since it was convenient and reliable in the past. Won’t be returning.

I been here 3 times, first 2 times great experience because There are 2 ladies working here , one is awesome but the other one is nasty, dose not clean anything, and when you ask her to clean the tools first she got upset and we’ll didn’t clean anyway, never going back it’s not clean and safe

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years. I always get a very basic cut, so not the best to comment on how they handle more complicated requests. For me, it’s perfect. They’re efficent and very reasonably priced. I very rarely have to wait. The stylists are friendly and accommodating, but not overly chatty. I’ll keep going back!

We went here to have my kindergarten daughter’s hair cut short for summer. The cut was fast, gentle, affordable, and super cute. The ladies there were welcoming as always and were sensitive to my daughter’s aversion to loud noises, specifically hearing the hair dryer, and didn’t run it. She was very happy with her cut. Thank you! We’ll be back!
