I have some break out issues on my chest and we problem solved some solutions. The facial was so relaxing and my skin was glowing and dewy after. I especially loved the cold glass orbs she used — felt soooo good. The room is private which is more relaxing than other facial spas where there are people all around, and the location means there’s always parking. I went to Crema to see Heidi right before my first trip in more than a year. She was amazing and is so knowledgeable. I have some break out issues on my chest and we problem solved some solutions. The facial was so relaxing and my skin was glowing and dewy after. I especially loved the cold glass orbs she used — felt soooo good. I went in for a hydrating & brightening facial, and loved every minute. It was my first time getting a facial so I didn’t know what to expect. Heidi was super nice and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable in her salon, it’s a clean and cute environment. She also answered all my skin care questions! My skin looked amazing afterwards! The service was about an hour long and it was a very relaxing time overall. Can’t wait to go back to her!

I went to Heidi for my first facial ever and was not disappointed! I have sensitive skin and she continually checked in with me about how the products felt on my skin. It was also such a calming and welcoming environment that made this truly a great experience. Afterwards, we walked through my skin care routine and she gave me advice on what to do for my skin type. She used high quality products tailored to my skin type and I felt very glowy and refreshed. I have allergies to a lot of products and Heidi, the owner, was incredibly accommodating to my needs and made sure that I would not have any type of reaction.
