a little disappointed, I came in with a friend for a pedicure and there was a wait, which was ok with me. there was also a language barrier which made it difficult to communicate to my nail technician about pain. my nails look good, but i have several cuts on my toes which hurt. not sure if i would want to pay $50+ in the future again for that.

Well, I’ve had my nails done here once before, and let me tell you, I’m not very satisfied with the staff or the quality of my nails! I went there the first time, and showed them a nail idea that I would like, the told me they didn’t have a few of the colors, which is fine I didn’t mind that. Then they messed up the order of the colors when I reminded them over and over, when I got home later that night, not one but two of my nails broke but not only did it break off but it tore the nail off my nail bed, and then a few short days later the rest followed, which if I’m correct, they are supposed to last up to 4 weeks max if properly taken care of…. So why you doing me like that!!?? Now the second time I went, I called before going getting a price check on certain things and for what I got, it should’ve been about $60 but I was $13 overpriced! While my nail tech was doing nails she drilled my skin multiple times and was very rough with my nails. Now I’ve had them for maybe a week and I’ve had to reglue most of one hand and im working on the second. And one last thing is the fact that I wasn’t conversed with almost at all the whole time which was super uncomfortable! Get it together creative nails. But the nails were cute ngl

They do an impeccable job every time I go in and they’re always willing to go outside of the box. Whenever I’ve tried other salons I always end getting something that couldn’t compare to the work they do. And on top of it they’re always super nice and the salon itself is always cleanly and cozy.
