Critical: ProfessionalismAsked if she had availability for a cut and color and she was instantly rude. I wanted to go from dark brown to blonde. I’ve never done it so I wasn’t sure of the process and how it works. She was extremely unprofessional and said “you can’t just slap a color on there and think you’re going to get it right then” I said okay and hung up. I then called back trying to give her the benefit of the doubt despite how rude she was the first time. She said it would take hours and that I can’t just come in thinking I’ll spend an hour and get to leave. I told her my kids would be out in the car with a friend while I did this. She said “I’ll tell you right now it’s too hot for anyone to be sitting in the car” I told her the A/C would be on but then I said nevermind because she was just too rude for me to handle it.
