The worse doctor appointment I have ever had. Has you watch a movie, Hands you his pamphlets, tells you to get his prescriptions, sees you for 2 minutes before you leave the building and makes the diagnosis without any exam. He knows it all. I went to another dermatologist the following week and was given a correct diagnosis and correct prescription and I am now doing well with my skin problem. Weird!

If you are looking for a dermatologist with knowledge and experience, able to accurately diagnose and handle serious medical skin problems, I would highly recommend Dr. Burkhart. His well-run office was able to get me in as a new patient very promptly, and my condition was correctly assessed and treated—although three previous physicians had misdiagnosed and mistreated me for over ten years. Sure the office may have a dated décor, but it is clean and well-kept; yes, additional information is prepared on separate sheets as handouts, but the Dr. personalizes these as your condition is discussed and your questions are addressed (and the info proved extremely useful, as well). I feel fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Burkhart.

My family has been seeing Dr .Burkhart for many years . His office is extremely efficient. Typically , a patient can arrange an appointment in very reasonable time frame and not ever much of a wait at appointment. ( so rare !) Dr. Burkhart is very professional and has prescribed effective treatment for a variety of dermatological dilemmas for myself and my children . He is very considerate of expenses to patients and always makes sure you have information in writing upon diagnosis. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Burkhart for over 15 years. Without fail, his staff greets me promptly and I am taken to a room within a few minutes of arrival. I rarely wait 5 minutes before Dr. Burkhart appears. He is thorough, occasionally provides detailed pages for me to read regarding any diagnosis or concerns, and listens carefully to what I say. He is efficient with our time, yet I never feel hurried. This appointment, start to finish from when I entered the office, lasted 15 minutes. I always appreciate the care he takes during my face-to-face time with him, and that he does not waste my time by over-scheduling himself so that I have to wait. I have confidence in his care and expertise, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Burkhart.

I have used Dr. Burkhart’s services for many years. I found him highly competent in both his diagnosis and treatment methods. He is punctual with his appointment scheduling. I have rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. He has a sensitive and caring style and as a patient I have always felt he listen to my concerns. More than any other doctor I have experienced, he not only gives detailed explanations but almost always gives nicely typed handouts explaining the condition I that I present to him. His office staff has always been highly effective and friendly.
