These people are so lazy they can’t be bothered to change the hours on their door which means customers sit waiting for them to open. 1st time in my life I’m unable to get a haircut on a Sunday. On top of that I was waiting in the parking lot for an hour like an a****** thanks costcutters.

I tend to get short haircuts so I’m always super impressed with the look of them since it’s not always an easy hairstyle. I have been coming to this place for haircuts since I’ve moved here. Everyone has been so nice and I’ve always have been really impressed with my haircut. I tend to get short haircuts so I’m always super impressed with the look of them since it’s not always an easy hairstyle. With being so short staffed, customers need to be more accommodating to those that are working there as they are doing the best they can juggling both appointments and office work. I arrived slightly early and there was room to stand and not touch anything. I was asked some health questions and my temperature was taken with an infrared thermometer. The stylist sat me in the far corner. There was an unused booth between me and the next booth, so about 20 feet, but it was not in use. It was a normal haircut experience otherwise, except I held my mask over my nose while the stylist cut around my ears. This was no issue. There is a $3 charge for a cleaning fee, which is understandable. I’d be happy to get another haircut at this business in the future.I had a very good experience here. I had a very good experience here. I called and made an appointment for the same day. I arrived slightly early and there was room to stand and not touch anything. I was asked some health questions and my temperature was taken with an infrared thermometer. The stylist sat me in the far corner. Walked in expecting to be able to get a haircut with 2 hours left before they closed. The girl working days they’re “full” for the next day and a half and could get me in Friday. There is only one person working with 2 hours left before close? Give me a break!! Staff this place appropriately – not everyone from out of town calls ahead for a haircut at Cost Cutters. Sorry, it’s not exactly a high end salon, you should be able to take walk-ins on a weeknight when nobody is there except the 1 person working and the person they’re serving. Complete joke when the site says “no appointment needed” – might want to update that…..

They are affordable and were very nice to my children. We got 2 kids cut and 1 adult cut with an eyebrow wax. All services were good and we walked out spending $75 before tip. We will go here again. Call ahead to schedule. We got in same day but i noticed they had booked up by mid afternoon.

Road the bus from Breckinridge.. just to get there for them to say they were full on appointments yet there was no one in there and I asked about cancellations, said no one cancels snd I went outside and watched for about 30 mins and no one walked in.
