Great when I just need a quick cut. I’ve never used other services there like dye or fancy styles. The staff is always friendly. Facility is clean. They don’t do appointments for haircuts but I often call ahead to see if they’re busy. I’ve never had a problem getting in pretty quick that way. They’re honest about when there are longer wait times which I really appreciate since I’m usually multi tasking. Prices are fair.

The two of us went in for a cut. The teenager, asked for curtain bangs starting level with bottom of nose and showed stylist on her face. That is not what she got. Instead she was given regular bangs starting at her eyebrows. When teenager tried to stop her, stylist blew her off, said really loudly yes that what we are doing. Essentially gaslighting teenager. I was sitting right there the entire time of the bang incident listening. Stylist then proceeded to cut more off of the sides to try to ” fix it” . Teenager now has an early Joan Jett mullet. Not what she asked for. When I went back in without teenager, manager proceeded to lie to me and say that is what she asked for. She told me before the cut what she wanted, that cut was not what she asked for. Get a cut at your own risk, be prepared for that stylist to tell you what you are getting, instead of giving you what you want. Her stylist was the head manager, she should know better, plus it was uneven. I have gotten cuts from her in the past that were uneven as well. I wonder how many people have gotten involuntary uneven mullets from her before. My trim was fine, quick and well done by another stylist and even.

Out of desperation I went there because I could not put it off any longer. The mess that I call my hair is a nightmare for me and anyone who has to do anything with it. Sadie took on this task and did an amazing job I’ve been back to her for a second haircut and I’m just as pleased. It’s affordable and I couldn’t ask for better service and a better stylist. Brought my son for the first time to get his hair done by someone other than me and he absolutely adored it! He got a mohawk and is the happiest kid ever afterwards. We had no wait and had booked online in advance which was a nice option to have available.

Critical: Quality, ValueWe took our two boys to get hair cuts a few minutes ago. The first kid’s cut took 6 minutes and the second kid’s hair took 7. Both were cut by the same hairdresser. Their bangs look like someone took a chainsaw to them, and the top looks about the same. The ladies are excellent hair cutters and do perms ! they cut mens and kids hairstyles too. i recommend them. Prices are good. . lady told me they have senior citizens rates also. And wax unwanted hair by sideburns. etc.
