Worst haircut I have ever had. I had 11 inches cut off and there is not one area of my hairline that’s even. Up to 3 inches difference in my har line. She hurried us in and out of there as fast as she could. Also messed up my daughter’s hair. Will never go back and definitely will never recommend this place.

The shop is Short-handed, it seems…since it.s hard to be served as a Walk-In anymore… especially if they see long hair. You.re always asked if you made an appointment! The “Walk.Ins Welcome” sign should be removed, perhaps. Maybe more employees are needed to solve that problem. Or,__ ? Business is turned away by employees, which can’t be good as a corporation. The end result… people just quit going there… thinking one can’t get in anyway.

Tip: Call ahead before you head over there and you can get on the list to avoid a potential wait, especially if there is a ‘special’ going on – but normally there is not much of a wait. Staff is always pleasant, willing and able to to ‘do it your way’.
