Went in this morning to get a quick trim for my son and and upon entering the establishment the women slowly made her way towards the front and was less than welcoming. She was extremely rude and barely spoke to us. And my sons haircut was terrible. I will never take my children in there again. I’m kicking myself in the butt for even giving a tip with the horrible service we received.

Kayleigh cut my 1 year old son’s hair last week and did not do the greatest job. She barely spoke to us, she didn’t try to engage my son to make the experience ok for him. I had to hold his head still and turn him where she directed so my fingers were all in the way while she cut his hair. He was on the verge of crying the whole time and I was in the way trying to comfort him because she failed to even attempt to speak to him. His haircut looked ok at first but once his hair dried a little later I realized she had missed several spots, got some spots way too short, his bangs weren’t shaped at all, just straight across and he had several long pieces she missed just sticking out all over the place. I didn’t even take him back there to have it fixed because she already made us feel like enough of an inconvenience the first time, she’d have probably been even worse the 2nd time. I just had my mom fix up my son’s hair so that he wasn’t walking around with a terrible cut. At least the original cut Kayleigh did was good for giving my mom the general idea we were trying to go for so it was simple enough for her to fix.
