I had a hair cut done yesterday. At first, I did not think the haircut was that bad until I got home and straightened my hair. I had requested long layers, but the layers she cut are extremely blunt short and choppy. They are also uneven between the left side and right side of my head. The hair looks like it was cut by an amateur, and I’m really disappointed and embarrassed to go out as I feel like I look unkempt. My previous experience here was great, but whoever cut my hair this time would benefit from studying how to properly blend and cut layers. At least it will grow back I guess?

Extremely unpleasant experience with stylist named Ashley. Suggested my daughter who is 6 stand for a haircut because back of chair would be too tall and the hair would bevel. I asked about a booster seat – she looked disgusted and said it’ll still bevel. I then asked if the lobby chair could be pulled over since the back is shorter. She said “I’d rather not” and then huffed and puffed clearly trying to display how annoyed she was. I expressed how standing for a haircut (especially a 6 year old) doesn’t make sense. She said “okay, bye!!!”. I’ve never had an interaction like this – my daughter and I were completely baffled.
