went to get my hair trimmed before the holidays. The women working were more preoccupied putting up a christmas tree then to listen to how i wanted my hair cut. I came home in tears and ended up having to fix some of my bangs myself. If you want a buzz cut, sure go for it. If you’re actually trying to have your hair cut and styled do not go here.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSarah did an awesome job on my hair! She worked with my mess and did exactly what I asked for! Which was just to do what she felt would look good while taking a significant amount of length off ! I love it, its cute, frames my face, and feels great ! She also waxed my eyebrows and those are 10/10 as well! her customer service was on point, and she was so nice! Kaci cut it a few weeks before her after I came in a mess from frying my hair and she truly worked a miracle! So I have nothing but the best to say about her as well! She was kind, understanding, and didnt make me feel bad! she fixed it the best she could, made great reccomendations, and was also so nice ! Ive also had 3 other people who work here cut my hair, and have never had a bad expierience! Their prices are great (please tip your stylist) and everyone in there is so nice! I recently went to Cost Cutters and had the experience to have my hair cut by Norma. She was an amazing stylist who offered suggestions when I wasn’t quite sure exactly what I wanted. Norma’s customer service skills were exceptional as she was patient with my indecisiveness and kept a smile on her face which made me feel welcomed. She also gave me advice on what products to use as I have a dry scalp. I left feeling amazing and would definitely recommend seeing her if you stop by this location!
