Critical: ProfessionalismStylist didn’t want to cut my toddlers hair and gave me excuses. When I said ok and took him out of the chair, she told me to back up bc I was harassing her. I was standing and holding my toddler watching my stepson get his hair cut. They didn’t do a good job on my stepson haircut either. If my stepson hadn’t already been in the chair and getting his hair cut, we would’ve left. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I was standing and holding my toddler watching my stepson get his hair cut. They didn’t do a good job on my stepson haircut either. I guess I ended up with the new girl, lol. I got my hair cut and colored, and the hair color was great! Exactly what I asked for. However, she left hair dye all over my neck and forehead. Tried to remove what was on my forehead with hand sanitizer, and when that didn’t work she just quit. I also asked for a simple cut-just cut the dead ends off. She cut maybe three pieces of hair from the back of my head on my bottom layer, stopped cutting and started styling. When I asked if she had gotten all the damage, she shrugged and said, “most of it.” Didn’t touch the front of my head or any other layer besides the very bottom layer on the back at all.

Low prices, but unprofessional atmosphere. You feel like you’re bothering them by asking for a hair cut. Boys and teen boys seem to always walk out with the same hair cut. My son took in a photo of what he wanted but the stylist still did it the way she wanted. He was too afraid to say anything, and I couldn’t be with him because of how small the place is. Now he won’t go back. I suggest they work on customer service skills . consults, and some further education .

The lady who cut my child’s hair was rude. My daughter even asked why the hair dresser was mad at her. She yelled at my son and generally acted like we were annoying her because we asked for a haircut. I finally confronted her and she tried to smooth it over. But, we won’t go back there.

I was always getting my haircut here and only because no appointment necessary and I don’t have a style that needs a great beautician.
