Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been going here for years for eyebrow waxes, the service itself has always been good. However, I’ve tried to stop in 8 times in the past 3 months, every time I’m told the guy who does the waxing isn’t in, is booked (thought other times I’ve been told they only take walkins)and apparently only person is certified to wax, which is kinda ridiculous. Thought I’d call today to see if he was in before wasting my time, and at 5:40 the lady who answered the phone said “we’re done for the day”…according to Google and their sign, they don’t close until 8. However, I’ve tried to stop in 8 times in the past 3 months, every time I’m told the guy who does the waxing isn’t in, is booked (thought other times I’ve been told they only take walkins)and apparently only person is certified to wax, which is kinda ridiculous. One of the only places to get your hair cut on a Sunday. I was weary at first but was in a pinch and needed a hair cut. Very glad I went here and met Eunice, she kills a bald fade. Very professional and clean. Would go again, fairly priced at $16.

Today was my first time getting my hair cut here at cost cutters. I usually got my hair cut at master cuts in the mall but due to them closing I thought I’d give this place a try. I booked an appointment online, walked in,checked in and they took me right away. I had tyler today, I never had a man cut my hair so at first I was a little on edge but he did amazing. held a conversation with me and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. would highly recommend asking for him if you use cost cutters to get your hair cut.
