We have been coming here for over a year now and we have loved every experience. Tao is truly amazing & my kiddo loves her – but all of the staff are always friendly and helpful. I always notice the floors are always swept between clients and kept cleanly. I highly recommend going here for your little ones – excellent experience!

Unfortunately they have lost my business. I recently moved to the Buena Park/Northwest Anaheim area for about two years now. I found this kids salon online, and started coming here ever since for the past two years. This is an appointment only business. Today I contacted them directly to make an appointment, which was made for 3:40pm, and I ended up being 10 minutes late arrived at 3:50pm. I hate being late or wasting anyones time so I understand if they had to see a few people or even one person ahead of me. I just had a 3 month old and sometimes accidents happen, and unfortunately today was one of them. When my oldest daughter and I arrived the lady in the front asked for our name and said “Oh, your late!” and in an embarrassing tone. The customer service today was way out of line and I didn’t mind waiting until they had the next availability, but the attitude from the beginning was just something I have never experienced before. I am really disappointed and I used to love taking my girls here, but customer service is very important to me and I feel this situation could’ve been handled better.

Rude and difficult to get ahold of. I will not be coming here ever due to poor customer service. If you cannot treat people right over the phone, then this makes me seriously question the care during services. I wanted to try a new place for my kids to get their haircuts. I have been calling around different stores and made an appointment for my two sons. At first booking the appointment, the woman on the phone was very short, but I figured she was just busy. I recall her telling me our appointment was at 11:20. I called twice this morning to confirm the appointments, but no one answered the phone. I then called 3 minutes after the appointment time I was given (11:23) to say that we made a wrong turn but were almost there. The woman on the phone told me that our appointments were actually at 11 and 11:20 and then proceeded to tell me “If you are not here in one minute, then I cannot take your other child either”. Yeah. No thanks. I called our usual spot and was able to make an appointment same day, was spoken to in a very polite manner and even got a text confirmation within minutes of getting off the phone. This business should take some notes.

Got my sweet boy his first hair cut today! They did an awesome job keeping him happy and distracted while cutting his hair. He loves movies and cars so it was cool that they had the car car seats for him to sit in 🙂 They also played a movie for him while he was getting his hair cut I defiently recommend getting your children’s hair cuts here! The ladies here know how to cut hair and make everyone feel comfortable 🙂 We will be back for his next hair cut appointment 😀

I called ahead of time and the person on the phone told me I could just walk my child in and I did the following day and the only Staff member working assured me that no they hadn’t been doing that for the Last 2 years they hadn’t taken in walkins.. There’s clearly miscommunication between staff.. If I would have been notified I could have just scheduled an appointment.. I ended up having to go find another location to cut my child’s hair.. And it’s a shame for my son because he really likes this location and really likes having his having his hair cut there but it’s OK we can always come back again another time.
