We set an appointment a day before and when we got there on time there was hardly any wait. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and patient with the kids. It is a little far from my home but it was worth a drive. Kids loved the small play area and vehicle themed chairs and of course the lollipops and balloons when leaving. I ended up getting the Discount Card so I can benefit on our next visit.

I drove an hour just for this place and they turned me away because today on a Thursday they are serving appointments only. It’s 5:30 pm and they close at 7pm. I sat in traffic and was so excited to get my kids a cut. As a teacher it’s been a long week, as a mother is been tougher. I couldn’t help but to sit outside and breakdown I’m tears. I just wanted so badly to give my kids this moment. I’m sure how to feel about this place anymore.

Took my 1 1/2 year old son for his first haircut. I didn’t catch the lovely woman’s name who did it but she was amazing. She was patient and allowed me to video the whole thing and she was extra careful with my little guy. It was a great experience and I’ll be back there in the future!! I highly recommend this place for babies first haircut and all future cuts!!

They are very friendly and are great with the kids. The lady that cut my daughters hair did a great job. However, my son got his first haircut and the lady that cut it absolutely butchered his hair. I told her what I wanted (which was no major cutting just trimming around his face and on the sides to clean it up a bit. She went straight in with the scissors on the sides and aimlessly cutting. Not trying to measure anything out to make sure it was even. The sides of his head are completely uneven and the hair over his forehead is so short and not at all blended with the sides. It’s a complete blunt cut with no blending which I asked her to do. I told her I Wanted a tiny trim in the back to even his hair out and she ended up cutting about 2” off so now it’s way to short in the back too. His hair is so curly and she didn’t even wet it to try to straighten out the curls a little bit to make sure she was getting an even cut. So now I have to take my son to a barber and hope to god they can fix his hair.

We brought our son here for the first time today. He absolutely loved the entire experience! Abbie was amazing with our son! He got to pick out a car to sit in and a show to watch while he got his cut. She was extremely patient and talked to him throughout his cut and made him feel comfortable. We absolutely were blown away with our experience! My daughter was treated so special during her hair cut. We were going to a wedding right after and she even did some braids, butterfly clips, and glitter to make her look even more special. My daughter asked if I could always take her to Cookie Cutters Haircuts on the regular. I’m going to need to buy their hair cutting package!

My son is 3 years old and he is autistic. It was our first time visiting Cookie Cutters in Spring and this was our son’s first successful, non-traumatizing hair cut. Sitting in the little car, watching a movie and the very caring hairstylist, Shantelle, made this the best experience possible for our child. We are very happy with the whole experience and will definitely be returning!
