I was amazed to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling. I was in and out within 20 minutes on my appointment day. The front desk woman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We will be leaving this practice the end of the year. They hound you with emails, texts with balance due. I have opted out of these notifications and only want paper bills, that took 4 calls to fix and has started again. They simply want payment before the bill is sent out and received by the patient. When a bill is received in our household, it is paid immediately and in the mailbox for pick up the next day. Obviously, not fast enough for this practice. Rude and unprofessional on so many levels!
