I love Conceit Nails and Spa (formerly Ashley)! Jada is amazing and always takes such good care of me. She always has me leaving with the BEST manicures. She takes her time and is detail oriented! Jada and “Q” and MJ were absolutely amazing to all of their clients and it was an absolute pleasure to get my nails done here by Jada. At one point during my visit I saw a customer getting rude with a nail tech due to the customers lack of time management and running late to her appt and it made my whole day to watch management stick up for the employees. The music was great and the vibe was perfect and it was a great way to spend my afternoon in ATL. I’m only in town visiting but if I wasn’t, this would be my new nail salon .

The pedicure was well done, but the SNS manicure was not a great experience. I got a few slices to the cuticles, and I think they were using too high a frequency on the buffer as the finished product was thin (I’ve also never had someone use the buffer tool to cut the nails down- seemed rough on the nails) and the design was okay, not as sharp and a little blobbier than I usually like. The SNS powder got cured all over my skin, but the bigger problem was the left thumb lost the topcoat/design the next day, and the SNS on the Thumb also is already crumbling off. They did a super thin SNS job in comparison to other SNS manicures I’ve gotten, which makes me think the rest of the nails will crumble fast too.

Ladies… this is the salon you’ve been looking for. Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable about nail health. After my initial set, I spoke to Q, the owner, and expressed some concerns I had about my nails. Not only did she welcome me back with absolutely no problem, she looked at my nails herself, suggested the best set for me, and even threw in some nail art for me. MJ did an amazing job creating the perfect set for me and my nails have literally lasted 6 weeks. Definitely making this my regular salon.

Amazing service and attention to detail!! I just went to Ashley for the first time today after moving to the Smyrna area. The owner, Q, is so personable and kind and did an amazing job on my manicure and MJ did a great job on my pedicure…I was looking to relax after a stressful week, and these ladies helped me do exactly that. It’s always a little nerve-wracking trusting a new place with your nails, but I’ve definitely found “my spot.” Highly recommend

I’ve been going to Conceit for several months now and have NEVER EVER been disappointed with any service! MJ is my super awesome nail tech; she listened to me on day 1 and really took the effort to learn and remember my style with detail! Q is also awesome and sweet as she is always cheerful and bubbly which just makes anyone want to be in that environment. I let her try nail art on me today and she also DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The music, the hospitality, the location, the cleanliness and aesthetics of the salon are a MAJOR PLUS as well! I always look forward to my next appt 🙂

This was my first visit and I was very disappointed. During my service (a basic manicure and nail art with traditional polish), I was moved to 4 different stations and 3 different nail techs. While receiving my manicure, I was asked if I wanted a pedicure multiple times and the nail tech suggested I not get nail art while assuming that I was “trying to still in a budget”. As if a customer coming in for a manicure only means they don’t have the money to spend. Also the nail art I received was messy and a rush job. The nail tech continuously told another customer that she was “almost done”; making it very clear that she was rushing on my service. All of this resulting in poor quality service. This was an amateur manicure and nail service at best, and an unprofessional business that adjusts its service quality based how much money customers are spending at worst. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
