Firstly, it’s important to know I’ve visited my fair share of medi spas for lasers and fillers. I was referred to Complexions MD last week by a friend for Vanquish Me since I’m trying to prepare for bathing suit season. I’m going back next Saturday for my next treatment and I’m super excited. Marisa is a wizard. She answered every question I threw at her and made me feel safe and comfortable. As for the facility it’s super clean, spacious and relaxing. The point is, I’ll be going here for all of my tune ups from now on.

If I could give this spa 0 stars I would. Went there for the first time bc I was passing by, for starters the woman who was running the floor (elder lady) believe her name was Patti was so rude I already wanted to leave. When I was asking her questions she either ignored me or was very nasty in her response. Than I got Botox in my forehead and mind you I’m only 24 and the RN didn’t do the best job due to the fact I saw no results. I’ve been to many spas and this was by far the worst
