Today was my very first visit at this salon and I am so happy I chose Andrea as my stylist. She took the time to ask about my hair history and what my desired look was. She was genuinely so nice and made me feel comfortable. I went from blonde back to my natural color and I couldn’t be happier. My first time coming here and I love this place if you need a quick blow out with curls! The ladies are very sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend seeing Kelly! It’s always nice to get free coffee with your hair done. The place is clean and the products they use are great! I had a mixup with the appt because the booking on the website is a little confusing. They were able to reschedule me for one of the two girls who actually can cut hair. Now that I know their names I will be booking directly with them. Overall, nice experience.

The staff was very polite except for the young lady who actually was working on my hair. I understand my hair is damaged but I don’t need to hear “your hair is burnt” “what’s your routine?” “Wow girl that’s it” it’s rude and honestly that’s not what I came for. I kept it short with minimal answers because I was very upset that it turned into a bitter experience for me. When I got up to leave she said “bye love have a nice day” after making it such an uncomfortable experience for me. She wanted to put a band aid on her behavior and say terms of endearments and tell me to have a nice day. That’s not customer service.

Natalia, Giovanna and Jasmine were the most professional and sweetest people ever! Last time I came I had the pleasure of getting my hair done with Jasmine and she was so sweet and personable that we had great conversation the whole time! They all use the same techniques to achieve the perfect blowout so I know any stylist I go to, it will always come out amazing. Oh and the coffee is delicious too! I have gone to this location about three times and with three different girls and I have to say that every experience has been amazing! Natalia, Giovanna and Jasmine were the most professional and sweetest people ever! Last time I came I had the pleasure of getting my hair done with Jasmine and she was so sweet and personable that we had great conversation the whole time!
