This salon has an unfriendly and combative atmosphere created by Sarah and the other woman who schedules appointments. I brought my mother here who is elderly for a manicure which was done by Cindy. On our first visit we were not greeted upon entering and not acknowledged when leaving by the cold and ill-natured ladies at the front. Despite this experience my mother was happy with the service she received from Cindy and I booked another appointment specifically requesting her for our next visit. When we arrived at the next visit and asked for Cindy we were told she has to be requested despite having already requesting her. One of the ladies quipped “you must make requests” even though I had. When I booked our next appointment Sarah emphatically declared that I did not ask for Cindy when I booked with her last time. She was thoroughly pugnacious unapologetic and gave me nasty looks as I was leaving the salon.

Had an appointment for a pedicure. Was put in a pedicure chair and left there while people who came in after me were being serviced. After a while someone came to do my pedicure. Very, very rushed- done in 10 minutes. My feet are red and sore. Will never go there again. If you don’t have enough people working don’t overbook appointments.

I’ve been coming to Coco Nails since it opened a few years ago. This has become my go-to nail place when I’m in Westchester. Whether I make an appointment or not, I get great quality service even when it’s crowded. The owner and nail technicians are friendly and professional. I’ve never had a problem here and find it to be a very clean, luxurious establishment. Also the parking situation is a huge bonus compared to other nearby nail salons.

Great nail technicians, excellent customer service, always clean, pedi bowls are disinfected after every use. No wait time once you make an appointment. All equipment are sterilized. Been going here for a while never had any issues. 8 would not hesitate to recommend.
