My husband and I have been tanning here regularly for a year, and have so many amazing things to say about the salon and staff. This place is ALWAYS super, super clean. All of the staff are incredibly delightful, very knowledgeable, and make everyone feel special and welcome the moment you step in the door. The beds are are fantastic and well maintained. Coco Buns’s pricing cannot be beaten! They have an abundance of options for each level bed, in addition to occasional unlimited tanning sales and product discounts. I LOVE Coco Buns!! My husband and I have been tanning here regularly for a year, and have so many amazing things to say about the salon and staff. This place is ALWAYS super, super clean. All of the staff are incredibly delightful, very knowledgeable, and make everyone feel special and welcome the moment you step in the door. The beds are are fantastic and well maintained. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe bulbs are old and when I asked about it, they told me they are changed all the time, so I asked to speak with a manager and the lady at the counter said she was the owner, so I said to cancel my membership. So I went back a few days later and I asked someone at the counter about the bulbs, she said “oh they never change the bulbs”so not only are the ladies at Coco buns liars, but they never change their bulb and don’t care about your hard earned money and your beautiful tan. The bulbs are old and when I asked about it, they told me they are changed all the time, so I asked to speak with a manager and the lady at the counter said she was the owner, so I said to cancel my membership. So I went back a few days later and I asked someone at the counter about the bulbs, she said “oh they never change the bulbs”so not only are the ladies at Coco buns liars, but they never change their bulb and don’t care about your hard earned money and your beautiful tan. Now since im going to Florida I decided I didn’t want to be the pasty girl anymore so I decided to get a spray tan & let me tell you never stepping foot in a tanning salon and having so many questions the girls behind the desk were so patient and helpful they walked me through everything and even explained everything in great details I am definitely going back for further tanning needs and actually now considering a bed membership since she showed and explained the newest bed to where you cannot burn in which has me sold since 10 mins in the sun I blister lol but overall the place was so clean and the staff was amazing they now gained a loyal customer.
