Coastal Pedicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI contacted Coastal Pedicure two days before making an appointment (called on Wednesday and made the appointment for Friday) and they were able to fit me for a manicure and pedicure (their 90-Minute Spa Package). I brought my own regular nail polish which was fine with them. Rebekah and Riley were fantastic! I had a lovely experience with the anti-gravity chair, the arm and leg massage almost put me to sleep, and my nails looked great! It’s a different experience than going to an average nail spa so you are paying more and the products they use are high quality and smell lovely. I asked how far in advance do they prefer clients to make appointments and they said 2-3 weeks and for couples 6 weeks. I contacted Coastal Pedicure two days before making an appointment (called on Wednesday and made the appointment for Friday) and they were able to fit me for a manicure and pedicure (their 90-Minute Spa Package). I contacted coastal pedicure and scheduled a pedicure and manicure with Rebekah. The whole environment was so relaxing. The anti gravity spa chairs are so relaxing and such a great way to pamper yourself. This is by far the best pedicure I’ve had. It’s worth every dollar and I will definitely be coming here again. Critical: ProfessionalismI’m getting married. I booked 14 months ago. Yes 14. COVID happened and the shop closed. I left several messages. The previous owner called back to assure me they would get me in when they reopened. I started leaving messages in the last 6 weeks. No call back. I get married in two weeks. I drove by last Saturday and they were open. I went in to book and the “new owner” basically told me she could not help me. There were people ahead of me. I let her know how long ago I booked, how many times I called with no response and that I was getting married. She just looked at me with a blank face and said she could not help me. She did not even look at the books or try to squeeze me in. I have been spending 200.00 am month for four years at Coastal Pedicure, about 9500.00. WOW! I am sad and disappointed.
