If you are looking for a GREAT price and a steam room, this is the place! Over all it was a nice experience. A few things I wish they would change— the relaxation room is also where they provide lunch (which is just from tropical smoothie cafe). Still a nice concept to get a yummy salad or sandwich on your spa day! I do wish they would have a separate area for those wanting to dine and chat vs those wanting to relax before or after treatment. They also don’t have a dressing room. Not a big deal- but it would have been nice to at least go into a therapy room to change rather than using the bathroom to change. They also don’t tell you that the steam AND the hot tub are included with your service! I did the steam and it was great but I would have come early and did the hot tub had I had known! The tea they serve is delish! They don’t seem to use essential oils in the massage room— so if you like that aroma, they don’t have it here. But over all… my spa day was great. I steamed alone for an hour then had a hot stone massage. Everyone was very nice and when you walk in, it’s a nice clean environment.

My therapist recommended Robyn at Cloud 9 Salon when I spoke about trouble I’ve had finding a stylist who listens & doesn’t get defensive if I need my style adjusted. Everyone I’ve met at Cloud 9 Salon Spa have been very nice, super helpful, & so welcoming. They’ve been able to help when I have sudden scheduling issues & my stylist, Robyn, is the best stylist I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this salon to everyone, especially if you’ve had a difficult time with other stylists or salons in the past.

I don’t even know where to start. I’ve worked with several hair stylists but this particular one..Haley, do I have a review for her. I think Ive been going to her since the beginning of the 2022 and she’s been doing an amazing job to my hair. when I tell you my hair is difficult to style, it is DIFFICULT. I’m the only person that knows my hair and I know how to style it to look very nice. I’ve always been embarrassed to have any stylist style my hair because its curly, thick, poofy, dry, just horrible. never once do I ever feel judged by her, she’s super sweet and down to earth and learned my hair quick. she does my bleach and tone and blow dries my hair just the way my hair likes it and I’m on my way. I’m so glad I found her and I will continue to go to her for her services! thank you Haley!

This review is LONG overdue but it’s a good one, I promise. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this fine establishment. I decided to spoil myself and get Indulgence package. I do not regret that purchase at all! The price point was perfect, the staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful, a cozy and relaxing environment. EVERYONE was amazing but I do have some individual shoutouts. Leah worked with me to fine tune a better skincare regiment for my skin. Yadira…. Well, she’s an absolute saint. I was going for a whole new look and let her do anything she wanted. My hair came out gorgeous! I kinda thought it wasn’t even my real hair when she finished. this place deserves 10 out 5 stars! Will be booking an appointment here soon!
