Critical: ProfessionalismI NEVER write reviews but today’s service shocked me . Me and my friend booked this place because the pictures on google looked great so it was a sure bet . When we walked in we told her we had booked appointments and she set us up : I previously went to a different salon so my nails clearly were done differently. I needed a fill in so they went from medium to long . They cut them down but made a whole show about cutting them getting the whole salon to laugh . I let that go . Then I soak and wait for my time . A lady comes over to tell me it’s my time and she sees the already CUT nails and still jokes on me about them . Now all eyes are on us. She huffed and puffed about them and laughed and joked and I was starting to be embarrassed. She used the machine to get some the acrylic off but went so long that the machine was spinning and burning my fingers. If she didn’t want to do the service she could have kindly said that because at that point I wanted to leave . Then once she gets everything off she starts a whole clap with her co workers saying finally . She started my nails and never asked what I wanted so I spoke up and told her I wanted short French and she said yeah that will look better on you . Girl if you don’t just do my nails . After every step she had to remind me that it’s better and ask for workers and compare me to other clients . More huffing and puffing later we were done and I wanted a pedicure and she started but she said something to a co worker and they switched and she danced away… literally she happy danced away . The next lady was a lot nicer in the beginning I felt better . But then she started with jokes as well to the point my friend texted me and said “you literally paid to get bullied today” . I NEVER write reviews but today’s service shocked me . Me and my friend booked this place because the pictures on google looked great so it was a sure bet . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJackie is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She’s attentive and so kind. Any design I want, she does her best to make it look perfect! My nails are so healthy and truly have never looked better!Services: Manicure, Pedicure
