Critical: Quality, ValueThe man who works here did my nails and maybe the ladies are better at shaping… but I have NEVER left a nail salon with my nails looking so messy. After numerous times asking him to correct certain things, I decided I would just reshape and fix myself at home. The man who works here did my nails and maybe the ladies are better at shaping… but I have NEVER left a nail salon with my nails looking so messy. After numerous times asking him to correct certain things, I decided I would just reshape and fix myself at home. The woman working assisted in shaping one side and that is the side that’s not touching my skin… and when I said something about him fixing it, he told me it was “my nail bed”.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLet’s try this again.I will NEVER patronize this business again!!!My nail tech was Nick and he did not perform the services I requested. I asked him to push back my cuticles, a cut down and a fill in. Simple services, right?He acted like he didn’t understand what I was asking when I asked him to push back my cuticles. Instead of using the cuticle push back tool, he insisted on using the drill which that was my fault for agreeing. I should have stood firm in my request.Once he began prepping my nails for the acrylic, I reminded him that I wanted a cut down. He picked up an emery board to file my nails and continued to prep my nails for the acrylic. Once the acrylic was on my nails, he halfway shaped my nail beds. At this point I was over it. It kept asking him to reshape my nail beds. He then says something that I didn’t understand and slapped my hand as if he was disciplining me! I was floored! That behavior was very unprofessional and disrespectful.My nails are not smooth, ill shaped, the polish is bunched up and too long to my liking.As far as their prices, they do NOT charge everyone the same price for services. My 9 year old daughter accompanied me to the salon and the only services she received was gel nail polished. They charged me $30 to polish her nails.Lastly, they speak ill about their customers in their language assuming that all of their customers don’t understand. Be careful of how you speak about people. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value1st pedicure at 61 years old at the recommendation of my daughter in law, wife and son to get an ingrown toenail dealt with. After going twice to a podiatrist and spending hundreds of dollars I decided to give it a try. Tammy did and excellent job and the next day I’m pain free and will certainly be back for regular maintenance!Service: Pedicure

1st pedicure at 61 years old at the recommendation of my daughter in law, wife and son to get an ingrown toenail dealt with. After going twice to a podiatrist and spending hundreds of dollars I decided to give it a try. Tammy did and excellent job and the next day I’m pain free and will certainly be back for regular maintenance! Pedicure

My nails were different lengths and everything I asked her to do she would suggest something different and would do it despite my objections saying this is better. My nails were different lengths and everything I asked her to do she would suggest something different and would do it despite my objections saying this is better. It was not better but faster for her to do. I will not give them another dime for this type of service.
