Critical: QualityI’d like to start off and say that I called ahead to ask if they had time for a gel set and gel manicure, I was told yes. I was there for 3 HOURS!! And didn’t even get to my pedicure. I felt like I was being rushed out after the 3 hours and didn’t really have time to look at my manicure. I obviously ended up looking at my nails and I was very upset! My nails are different sizes and shapes, they’re bumpy and have bubbles, they also look patchy and out grown… I just got them done :/. I’m not going to bash the nail tech, I thought she was very polite and dedicated to her job, everyone was very nice …but I’m just going to assume everyone was tired. Very unhappy when I don’t get what I pay for. I’d like to start off and say that I called ahead to ask if they had time for a gel set and gel manicure, I was told yes. I was there for 3 HOURS!! And didn’t even get to my pedicure. As soon as walked in I could feel a more welcoming friendly, professional atmosphere.This salon was big and clean for the areas I seen, there were other closed off rooms for eyebrows and waxing. My services were jel pedicure and eyebrow shaping with tint. I really enjoyed the fact I that was able to sit down and relax and enjoy my pedicure & eyebrows services without hearing or being disturbed by kids having a tantrums.

I used to go here and had a lovely gal. Stopped in today she was no longer here. I received cold water and when I said something they started grumbling in another language. I sat there for a while before being serviced so then the water got cold again. Not exactly a relaxing pedicure. Will not go back. Pedicure

A serviceable manicure and pedicure. More function, less spa experience. The spa experience is what I was looking for, so that was unfortunate. It was clean, and quiet. Application of the polish on manicure and pedicure was excellent. It’s the other portions of the service that are lacking.
