Clients who book a haircut will be served at the time of their scheduled appointment. Walk-ins will be served when available on a first come first serve basis. The best Barbershop in town. Pure talent in this place. I’ve never met a nicer, more intuitive barber in my life, and her name is Ingrid! She’s the owner there and keeps a classic barber atmosphere. They really listen to what you ask for, which is the issue for many barbers, who tend to just cut what they think is right. I’m so happy I found this place. I’m glad to drive 30 mins to get a quality cut.

Terrible customer service. I walked in and patiently waited for a haircut, I was next in line. Some guy walks in and was apparently an hour late for an appointment that he had MISSED and they asked me to wait for him to go first. In my experience, if you show up to an appointment an hour late, you missed that appointment. I’ll never go back here, there are much better places in the area anyway.

Critical: QualityMy husband took my 2 sons for haircuts, my 8 yr old sons haircut was terrible and now needs to be fixed. He is so upset he cried. We did not allow the barber to cut the younger ones hair. This may be a great place for adults but not children. NO you are NOT the ones that fixed his hair. I am not confused, maybe you are.
