I had a Groupon for this salon and I have an appointment to go back for the full price. Olivia was my stylist and she did a fantastic job. She cares about what you want for your hair and takes the time to get it right. They are flexible about scheduling. I highly recommend Clark & Co.

I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment. That first appointment went okay; she washed my hair and claimed to have put a deep conditioner on it, but immediately rinsed my hair. The second appointment with the same stylist was very disappointing. She did not wash my hair. the dry cut took 15 minutes and was not what I described I wanted. The stylist did not hand me a mirror to have me look at the back.She did not ask if I liked the cut. She did not thank me for my business. I was rushed out and will never utilize or recommend Crane& Co.

Very nice stylist but hair color isn’t great. She didn’t use a toner so my blonde highlights get more golden as time passes, despite using a daily Brass Off shampoo and conditioner. I used a Groupon so unfortunately I feel like I got a rushed service. Also, be advised that the salon caters to mostly older ladies – I was the only customer under 60 years of age that morning.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hidden gem. Everyone was welcoming, accommodating and friendly at the desk. Oliva cut my hair and did such an amazing job!!! She was absolutely wonderful and I look forward to my next cut with her. She is the most passionate and caring hair stylist I have ever been to and I would highly recommended anyone that wants to feel beautiful, OLIVA IS IT!!!!

Received a Groupon GC for Clark & Co for a haircut. I assumed that they weren’t going to do such a great job bc they only listed two stylist to pick from. My Groupon was for deep conditioning, cut & blow dry. The lady who shampooed my hair was nice even though it definitely didn’t feel like a deep conditioning… Michael cut my hair & did a gr8 job…he took time to consult me & suggest which cut would look best on me since my hair was thick & wavey….I was very impressed w/the results & completely felt like Michael gave 100% to make me looking gr8…I wld definitely recommend the salon & Michael…I am loving my new cut! Thank u Michael!

I loved this place in Green Hills! Easy parking right in front of the salon – great stylist, Donna – and easy check in and out. Donna (who is new to the Nashville area) did a great job on the cut and color. She listened to what I wanted and I love what she did. I’m glad I found this salon!

Im giving it a 3 star and here’s why, the service was good and my hair is great but i had booked an appointment DAYS IN ADVANCE with a particular stylist then was told when i got there the she wasnt available. I was asked to come back another day. When i said i couldnt, they kinda just dropped me into someone else lap. I felt like i was a burden instead of feeling pampered like I went for.

Do NOT go here!!!!!! I bought a Groupon for cut, deep conditioning and highlights. There was no deep conditioning and “Olivia” put a plastic bag over my head, punched holes in it and pulled my long hair through to highlight. No foils! Unbelievable!!!!!!!
