Haven’t been here in YEARS, no reason, just haven’t. Scheduled an appt for a cut and color for my teenage daughter. They had the availability to get her in within just a couple of days which was very convenient. I was very please for a year with my stylist Dawn. I had an appointment the other morning with Tricia as Dawn was booked and I was unable to go as I had an emergency meeting with work pop up. I left a voicemail first thing in the morning then called back to reschedule. I was told by Angie that I could not book with Tricia as I ruined her schedule for the day and that she does not want to see me. I have never been treated like that and I was shocked. Moving my business elsewhere as that is an unacceptable way to treat a client. Pretty disappointing as I have referred friends there.
