The owners are so rude. Don’t listen to you. If you come in with a set from somewhere else they make fun of how they were done. They do what they think should be done to your nails instead of what you want. If you come in after 5 pm they speed through the process and it isn’t a relaxing process. I have seen some trendy designs they have done and they declined to do mine because of the time. IF YOU DIDN’T HAVE TIME FOR IT WHY LET ME BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ONLY TAKE BY APPOINTMENT. Don’t even try to book day of or day before you won’t get in and they aren’t nice about it. They don’t even have a cancellation wait list. Not to mention you get charged on your card before you even receive a service.

I absolutely love this place. They treated my friends and I with the respect everyone deserves. I highly recommend coming to this place to get your nails done vs any other nail place in jamestown. The experience overall was great. The owner made my friends and I laugh and enjoy ourselves just about the whole time. We’ll definitely be coming again!

Owners did not stand behind their work. When I shared I was not happy with the way the dip powder was cracking and coming off and I was basically told it was my fault. I asked them to take it off because it looked terrible, which they did, but did not even offer to put a clear coat of polish on and left traces of the color on my nails. I would have paid for a manicure, but they acted like they just wanted me out of there. I have been having my nails done professionally for a good 10 years and have never been treated so rudely at a nail salon. I am never coming back here again.
