My 1st time ever going here was Saturday 5/21/2022 and all I can say is I will be gong here FOREVER I love this place its a hour drive for me but I will gladly make that drive . Velvet and Vicki are the absolute best

Got acrylic nails done here. My nails are so uneven they look like lipstick. I politely asked many times for it to be fixed and nothing was done. Once the lady was done with my nails there was gel polish all under my nails. I also asked her to please remove the polish and she quickly wiped them, getting no polish off. At that point I just got up, payed and left. They did a awful job. The only thing they care about is the money, not the outcome. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Lee, the manager was very rude. I told her that I didn’t like the look of my nails. She kept telling me that they look just like the picture I showed her but they weren’t anywhere close. I asked her to just remove the the gel polish from my nails (note that was all I was getting, gel polish on my natural nail) and I would go somewhere else who could give me what I wanted. Then, she told me I have to pay. For what blank nails? I told her I’m not paying her and tried to leave. I gave her $10 dollars which made her move out of my way. To top it all off she cut me and now I have an infection. This place is a joke

This establishment has no idea of the meaning of good customer service. They do not take responsibility and do not care if their customers are satisfied. My daughter went in at 6:15pm and they were not finished by 7:30, the problem is that they don’t care about doing a half good job in order to close on time.

The worst customer service ever. I will never give them my money again. The owner actually did my nails for my reception and rushed through them. I had bumps in my polish, and still do. When I asked her to fix one that was especially bad, she acted like I was an inconvenience. I spent over $150 there. Even my pedicure wasn’t great. I have uneven lengths and inconsistencies throughout my nails. The hot stone massage lasted for 2 minutes. This is by far the worst nail place I have been to.

Got a pedicure and the massage was great. That being said got Gel polished nails and realized they were not painted very well. They were messed up which the nail tech should have realized. My toes had polish on them.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star. Manger was extremely rude when I called to inform I had styes come up after getting my eyelash extensions done here, she even said I was lying. Which I wish I was cause this is terrible. They also will glue your eyelashes together from lash line to end. That making the extensions so uncomfortable/ hard and it will remove all your real eyelashes when removed, because they glue them all together. I have had extensions many times by different places. But have never had such an awful experience. Lesson needs to be learned eyelash glue is only made for lash line not all your eyelash from top to bottom.
