When I walked in the lady was taking care of a customer, she did not give me the welcome.I waited 15 min and nobody came to say anything to me. I left and she called me to come in. Then she took me to the room to wax my eyebrows, she was soooo rude and rough!! Waxing my eyebrows, I usually a very high pain tolerance, but she seriously hurt me. I told her in the end that she burned me and I show her, she just said that she didn’t do it without apology.

Brian is very helpful in answering any questions you have. He will happily keep a conversation with you while working on your nails but at the same time, he and the other workers will let you be pampered in peace if that’s what you want! They do their best to get you out in a timely manner and to fit you in even if they’re swamped!

I was really expecting a good experience with the positive reviews for this salon. However, it fell short in terms of experience and customer service. The two people who did my and my grandma’s nails were nice, but it took 30 mins for them to even begin on our pedicure. They and another woman were the only people working there at 4pm on a Tuesday, so I don’t think they can handle more than 2-3 people at a time. The one woman wasn’t even working on anyone the whole time we were waiting. After waiting 30 minutes, the man started working on my feet and then left halfway through to tend to a woman who walked in for a manicure. Then the woman started working on my grandma’s feet when mine were halfway done, and then the man came back and finished mine after about 10-15 mins. They both ended up leaving us in the massage chairs after the final polish, with the toe holders on, for 30 mins to work on 2 more women who came in. We finally just took them off, put our shoes on, and walked to the front to pay, which took another 5 minutes. Overall, after coming to visit from Atlanta, I think I expected more pampering and attention like from previous salons I’ve gone to: free glass of wine while getting nails done, minimal wait time, longer massage, and your dedicated person stays with you from start to finish, puts your shoes back on for you and walks you to the front. Wouldn’t really recommend, unless they had more employees working at a time and provided more attentive service.

Received a set of gel nails and my technician, Brian, told me that they are very painful but they last longer. I suffered through the pain of the gel curing under the light. It seriously felt like my nail beds were on fire. After doing some research I found out that gels are not supposed to hurt like that. It means the technician placed the gel on way too thick. It’s supposed to be put on and cured in very thin layers, not globbed on and cured in one shot. This can actually cause damage to the nail bed. I also had lifting after only a few days.
