Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI finally cracked and got nails. So twas my first time. I showed them picture. She say “okay” before I realize she did black matte. And I requested med. Grey matte. And I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and everything. On top of them getting the ones I wanted wrong. They were horribly done.. They’re worried about talking to each other in what I believe to have been Mandarin, Chinese, Japenese, ect..instead of the customer. What happened to “The customer is always right.. and I got the feeling that they were talking about me being a Gay Male getting my nails done than they did on my actual nail. I finally cracked and got nails. So twas my first time. I showed them picture. She say “okay” before I realize she did black matte. And I requested med. Grey matte. staff is nice for the most part. i asked for purple nails with gems and purple glitter and only got light purple and dark purple. kinda upset about that. and when i asked about the glitter and gems i was told i couldn’t get them because i didn’t ask earlier but i asked for exactly what was on the picture. also kinda upset!
