Me and my girlfriend came from out of town and needed haircuts before the holidays with her family. We showed the guy exactly what We wanted and my girlfriend even talked him through how to style and cut it. He. Missed. The. Mark. So bad. Terrible haircuts, not even close to what we wanted. He left a rat tail on my girlfriend, didn’t even get close to even on the lineups and the hair length, he even left my sideburns uneven which is cutting hair 101. 100% convinced that our guy was either high or just completely incompetent in cutting hair and I’m not entirely sure it’s not both. Do not go here

Best Barber shop in town by far!! I would like to give a shout out to Ken Jones, he did the best hair cut I’ve ever had by far! I went in on a Saturday and his 10 o’clock appointment didn’t show and I was a walk-in. He cut my hair exactly as I asked and even did a trim up on my beard the old school way with the blade and oiled it up and brushed it. I was really impressed and quick friendly service. A really chill atmosphere with old school music, pretty awesome setup. Definatly recommend going there if you want your hair done with someone who pays attention to details!!

My husband has been going to City Kuts for several years, always with great results, but lately, things have been going downhill. The last few appointments have been extremely unprofessional. Before Easter, my husband scheduled a hair cut. When he arrived he was told it would be an hour late. This has been the norm lately. After waiting for the hour he was told to come back in another hour. He did this and was still waiting. He sat in his car for 45 minutes and when he tried to go back to the shop the door was locked.

Moved away from Kutztown a year ago and still drive the 40 minutes back just for the hair cut. Best hair cut I’ve found for hair cuts. They even have wifi for when the line is long I can get some work done!
