I placed a three star review because it’s in the middle. My experience on some aspects is 5 stars. The actual service I received, the Spring Special of a signature facial with an added free lip and eye mask($40 value) was definitely a ONE star experience.

The experience was absolutely amazing. This was my first time ever going to a spa for a massage. I’m so glad my first time was at Cinzia. Danielle did a thorough and wonderful job on my Swedish massage. She was very friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back here. I think the couples experience with my wife will be the next visit. Wonderful staff and great ambience.

We were on vacation in the area the week of Mother’s Day, and the kids surprised me with a spa package. I had a full body massage, a facial, and a classic mani and pedi. Everything was divine! I was promptly welcomed by the front staff, and each employee I encountered was kind and polite. The overall aesthetic of the beautiful and spacious interior invited relaxation. Each service was carried out with the goal of providing a wonderful experience. I hope to visit here again on a future trip!

My sisters and I had a fabulous spa day here, with a massage, facial and brow treatment. They served us mimosas, and we also had a lovely lunch there with chicken salad wraps, chips, and chocolate dipped strawberries which were delicious. My estheticians were Jen and Stevie, who were both fabulous! I highly recommend Cinzia for a day of relaxation and pampering!

This is hands down the best spa in the Myrtle Beach/North Myrtle Beach area. Christina is the best Spa director and her employees are a direct reflection of that. Front desk ladies were so kind and helpful. The relaxation room was amazing accompanied with a mimosa or 2. At the exact time of my appointment I was taken back by Abby. She did an amazing deep tissue massage on my neck and back. She asked what I liked specifically and made sure she hit all the spots that needed work. Finished with 10 minutes in the steam room and a fresh shower right after. They have shampoo/conditioner and body wash in every shower. I felt like I was in a dream bathroom. The experience here is top notch. I wouldn’t spend my money anywhere else. Thank you Christina and Abby for your amazing service.

I live out of state so come to Cinzia sometimes when I visit my parents… Daniel was my most recent masseuse and was incredible. The ambiance, aromas and particularly the meditation lounge, scream relax and the complimentary wine/tea and snacks don’t hurt either. Great for a spa date with girlfriends or just yourself. I’ve been to many spas around the world and highly recommend this one if you’re in the Myrtle Beach area.

I recently visited Cinzia Spa for a Spa day, and my expectations were absolutely exceeded in every way. I went in at 9am and began with a Hydro facial and it was amazing. They located the places on my face where fluid was retained and worked to move that down, and my skin was glowing and exceptionally hydrated when they were finished. I then had the Autumn Ritual experience, and I was so impressed with the room, the setting, and how attentive the staff was. After a 20 minute jacuzzi soak, I received the whole body sugar scrub. After a rinse in the steam shower that is located in the same room, I was put on a second bed in this room and received a heavenly 50 minute full body massage. They were sure to ask of any places that were particularly bothersome or sore, and offered any level of pressure I preferred for my massage. I was so relaxed, and my skin was so soft from head to toe after this. Finally, I had a Spa Pedicure. My feet have never been so soft and smooth, and I was so pleasantly surprised they had the exact color and brand of polish I had in mind.

There are soo many services to be able to pick from leaving you wanting to come back for more! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere! The front staff is always so professional and welcoming! The spa director Christina, is bubbly, sweet and personable! Can’t recommend them enough!
