I went in to get my hair cut and they cut my hair an asked to blow dry it. Without letting me know it was an additional $30 dollars. The girl at the counter said she was sorry she “forgot” to inform me. I was supper nice and paid. While they blow dried my hair she kept going over the same spot (that was dry) which after heat damaged my hair. My hair was uneven in the front and there’s bold cuts making it look choppy. I went back and the guy offered a refund and the lady who did my hair told me no. They proceed to comment that I was 16 with a tattoo and on my way out they were pointing at my clothes (shorts and a tank top). So it was very rude and they were super judgy. On top of it I don’t speak Spanish and that’s all they spoke to each other in-front of me.

My daughter went for a haircut. The stylist asked her if she wanted her hair blown dry. She did not tell her it was an additional 30.00 charge. When I called to complain about them taking advantage of a sixteen year old they gave me a hard time. They said I should of went with her. They should of been upfront about the additional charges. Taking advantage of kids is not ok. I’m not sure why this posted under my sons name.

Love this hair Solon one of the best ones I have been too. My hair was in a desperate need of dead ends to be chopped off . I found this hair Solon on google , but my coworker said to check it out as well . I’m so glad that I went with my sister and at the end of the day we both came out feeling very pretty . Shout out to the mother and daughter team , they both did a good job with my hair cut and my sisters . I would definitely come back to this hair Solon again . 5 stars for the best service ever.
