I hired them for my wedding (to do my hair and all of my bridesmaids) and they were AWFUL. Please, heed my advice and DO NOT HIRE THIS SALON FOR YOUR WEDDING!! The woman who did my hair had me in tears with her rudeness and aggression on my wedding day – no bride deserves that. The getting ready process should be fun and lighthearted and I promise you it won’t be with these women.

This is the PERFECT salon for brides! I had my bridal hair and makeup trial done by Michelle in October 2017 to prep for my February 2018 wedding. Upon first arrival, I was greeted with such a warm welcome by the owner, Bella. She is so nice and sincere. Michelle proceeded to do my makeup and hair and listened to every request and idea I envisioned for myself. She worked her beauty magic on me that day and then on my wedding day! Her and Rene came to wedding location and did makeup and hair for my entire bridal party and mothers. Michelle and Rene are AMAZING! The entire salon is amazing! No matter what I say, it won’t be good enough. Whether you are visiting the Keys or live here, you are in for a special treat when you go to Ciao Bella. Everyone seems to be treated like royalty but they make you feel like you are the most important one of all. I’ve had my haircut here, a massage, and mani/pedis, all have been great, BUT, yesterday with Gilda was over the top! I went in for a facial and left feeling more pampered than ever! I’ve had facials before (not here) where the aesthetician would leave the room while the product sat on my face. Not Gilda! She won’t waste a second that can be spent pampering you, from hot stones to massage… she has the magic gift! Also, since I have very light blonde eyebrows and eyelashes she suggested tinting, which I was a little hesitant to do. All I can say about that is, I wish I’d done it sooner. It’s so natural looking, I love it! Ciao Bella! See you soon.
