It’s a little ridiculous when you call the phone number posted on the website to make an appointment, for the woman to answer the phone and give you a different number to call to make the appointment. Then that phone number doesn’t work. Please post the correct number to your business, it’s unprofessional for this back and forth to make an appointment. Other than that, the girl that does my nails does a fantastic job.

Unfortunately this salon is usually pretty decent but they have their hours posted online & on the salon door stating they close at 7:30pm & walk ins are welcome, but told me at 6:40 they close at 7 and couldn’t do a walk in.

I was greeted and told to pick a color and that someone would be right with me and to sit on the couch. 30-40 minutes later they finally took me. I was not made aware that there was a wait. It feels as if they forgot about me. The person doing my nails was using their phone in between doing my nails. Also tools were not clean and new. Gel manicure came out very messy. I came to this salon since it had a good rating. I was greeted and told to pick a color and that someone would be right with me and to sit on the couch. 30-40 minutes later they finally took me. Walked in to a beautifully cleaned salon. The lady in the back did my nails while the man in the front did my friends. She had an amazing experience and her nails came out amazing. My nails weren’t really what I wanted and she burned my finger a couple times. And cut my nails so short that it hurt. I told her also but I didn’t really take it seriously but then she became rude. Would go there again if only he was doing my nails. I think his name was Mike. Totally recommend!
