It was the worst experience ever. I just did my eyelashes yesterday, today already start fell. And the lashes not very neat on my eyes, looks very weird, it took around 3 hours to get it done, because Alanah has to fix it while doing it, i can tell she is new. Terrible customer service. The individual who manages the phone should be either trained to treat customer with professionalism or be shown the door. My wife had to cancel an appointment and the response from this individual was condescending. This was was not my wife’s first appointment as she previously used this place. We tried to reschedule the appointment and were essentially not allowed to do without paying a canceling fee. Who do these clowns think they are ? A doctors office? Ridiculous! Instead of long term thinking and retaining a customer the little child on the other end of the phone refused to stand down and provide good customer service and now has permanently lost a customer. Her response was “Oh we have people lined up waiting to get in”. Yeah ok sweetie pie. Then why the demand to pay for a canceled appointment? Horrible attitude. And good luck charging our credit card without authorization to do so.

Best lash place near Chicago! I have been going here for years and they always do an AMAZING JOB! Doesn’t matter which stylist you make an appointment they all always make my lashes look fabulous! A few times I left for a Groupon deal to save a few dollars and I was always disappointed . I’ll never go anywhere else! They also last past the 2 weeks for me!

I wish I could give this place a better rating but please don’t even bother ever coming here. The salon is poorly managed and the policies are deceiving- I am reporting them to the better business bureau. It’s not just the terrible service response to a poorly applied lash service that needed a repair. For $150 a session, go somewhere else. The person that schedules appointments and answers the phone and texts is both unprofessional and under qualified for the job. The entire building is dark and shows it age and the elevator rarely works. Save your money and go somewhere cleaner with better quality staff. Happy to answer any questions! Good luck out there ladies! So many better options on the North Shore.

2nd time here. 1st time I was late but they still took me and my lashes came out nice but could have been fuller. But since I was late we ran out of time before her next appointment(Giselle). 2nd time she was a little late (Raquel) but lashes looked awesome. Both young ladies were very nice.
