Went as a walk in for eyebrow waxing. Was taken to the back and told to lay on bed but I questioned about the dirty paper that was on the bed and the lady said it’s just baby oil. Luckily she moved it cause I don’t want baby oil on my clothes. She did my eyebrows… she pulled off the wax strips very roughly and my eyebrows are uneven, then when she was finished she only wiped them with a cotton ball and I immediately started getting bumps. That was yesterday. Today I have the worst bumps I’ve ever had and I’m very careful after a waxing to not touch or rub my skin. I do not recommend this place for waxing.

I was a walk in and they were able to get me in right away, which is nice. My pedicure itself was meh. Very little time was spent on my heels. The nail polish was done almost haphazardly and was on the skin of the cuticle. The kicker for me was when I noticed they didn’t take the dark polish off my pinky toe before painting the new bright color on it. It completely shows through and I didn’t notice till I was at home. I asked for a basic pedicure and paid as much as their premium pedicures. Very disappointed with the quality of the work.
