All of my lash extensions fell out within 24 hours of the service. They reached out to me 2 weeks after the service to follow up on the lashes. When I told them all of my extensions fell out the same day, they offered me 50% off of a refill. How can you offer me 50%off of a refill when there were no lashes left to refill? 3 stars for the lash lift. My lashes are lifted haha but the eyebrow tint I got is nonexistant. Looks as if I didn’t get anything done to them. For the price it should have been done better, or properly for that matter. Won’t be going back. But not the worst experience.
