Critical: Professionalism, ValueBought a Groupon for three microdermabrasion appointments. First time time was okay but only received a facial. The second appointment was made a month in advance. A half.hour prior she text me and said the the appointment was at a different time which was not true. Basically she took in a client or screwed up her schedule. After trying to reschedule for microdermabrasion she basically told me that she will only do facials. If I was unhappy I can give them as a gift to somebody else. I decided to just move forward with the facials in order to not take a complete loss. I tried texting her and she would not answer I tried calling her she answered said she’d call me back in 40 minutes and never did. I left her a voicemail she never returned the call.
