I had such a great experience for my first facial! Everyone was so kind and welcoming with a smile on their face ready to make your day. Erica was wonderful and super attending to my needs. I also had Andrew at the front desk who made sure I was feeling right at home here, along with my consultation at the end making sure to follow up correctly on my skin care and keeping me 100. My first experience here was pretty good. I had a session with Krystal and it was a nice relaxing session and it was a pleasure to talk with her as she was quite knowledgeable about skin, skin care and products. The products they use for the sessions suit my skin quite good and it felt quite refreshing. They have a free consultation and i got the chance to use their other products first hand. Overall it was a good package and would like to go back there again.

I had a wonderful facial with Cathy. I was so impressed when Roy called to tell me they were running late and apologized and asked if it was ok. After my facial I met with Roy for a consult and I understand why some say they felt it was a sales pitch but that’s how these places stay in business. I never felt any pressure and felt warmth and caring about my concerns with age and my skin. I will definitely go back and actually have another service booked next week.
