My color looks good, but the girl who did my hair only dried the top part. I have thick hair, so I asked if I could dry it myself. She let me dry it after she took her next client. I was surprised that they do not style their customer’s hair. Poor customer service.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent to set up an appointment, and as a result of documented lung capacity issues from when I was in the military (tests required to wear a respirator) I am unable to wear a mask for an extended period of time (I get headaches after a short time). Was told that they have to ask the stylist if they are even comfortable cutting the hair of someone who is unable to wear a mask, instead of even attempting to make reasonable accommodations. If you or someone you care for is unable to wear a mask due to lung capacity, COPD, PTSD, sensory disorders, or any other medical reason, don’t even attempt to call unless you want to feel discriminated against.
