Honestly, I don’t like to leave reviews due to the fact, it could just been a bad day for the person, etc. etc. I work in customer service so I understand working with the public. I was really excited to book with Chelsie. When I first called in July she was on vacation the lady who answered was very rude, ( again, just brushed it off as a bad day). Called this morning excited to make my first appointment ( I had seen all the wonderful reviews, and am looking for a new salon), this morning the lady who answered could of cared less if I booked or not. I felt like I was imposing on her time. Moving forward I won’t be calling back, as I found another salon who was super excited to receive a call for new clients.

Casual salon tucked away in small plaza. For the area, prices are very reasonable. I see Maria and she listens to what I want before working on my hair. There’s a Groupon if you are looking to save some money and give the salon a try.

Rude staff. Did not make you feel welcome or that they needed or wanted you’d business. The stylist I was booking with even rolled her eyes and answered I guess when asked if she would have time to do what I was requesting. I was also spoken to rudely on the telephone and hung up on. Disappointing because I thought I found a good place and it turned out this way.

I love this salon! All of the girls that work here are incredibly talented and welcoming. I had an appointment with Kaitlin and she is amazing. She was extremely patient with my damaged hair and honest about the steps we would have to take before i could reach my hair goals. Most of all i appreciate that she put my hair health as the utmost priority. I left with beautiful, healthy hair and can’t wait to go back

I would give this salon 10 stars if I could. I had my hair done by Maria and she is so wonderful. She’s so personable and really listens to what you want. She also makes plenty of suggestions that you can chose from when you want to try something new. Maria makes you feel very comfortable with new decisions and she made me leave the salon looking better than I ever have. All the other hairdressers are very sweet and educate you as well. In addition, the price is extremely reasonable. I have found my new hairdresser. Thanks Maria!

Went in with long crazy COVID hair, new to Florida and needed a complete makeover. Was so nervous because I knew I needed to chop off a good amount of my long hair. I made an appointment and prayed for the best. Maria my stylist took the time to listen to my concerns and and we bounced around ideas for a good amount of time. Maria did not disappoint! I came out looking absolutely amazing. She was so patient and took her time. Her skills and attention to detail are like no other. She designed the perfect color and low highlights. The cut was outstanding and knew exactly what to do with my crazy wavy frizzy hair, framing my face perfectly. She concentrated on me and me alone and I wasn’t bounced back and forth between clients. I very rarely leave reviews so trust me when I say Maria and this salon as a whole was outstanding. I’m disabled and paid $50 just for UBER and if it would have cost me $100 I would have gladly paid. Maria is my forever stylist and I couldn’t say enough about her. Maria I am forever grateful you are amazing! So glad I found you ❤

Maria is amazing at styling and color originally! Until I tried to book another appointment 7 months later and she blew me off because I didn’t want to repeat the same amount of money spent on 1st appt of 280.00. I just wanted simple color and trim back to original style and she was not receptive and basically told me it would cost same and wasn’t interested to do anything less and made excuses when I booked online enough to where I just cancelled appt due to all the harassment of questions. Shame as I did enjoy her skills, but I guess she didn’t need the money, now to find another salon again!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had an appointment with Kaitlin to get my hair cut for me and my son( 2 years old). I know it is hard to deal with kids but she didn’t have to take him. She was so rude and every time I ask her to cut more or whenever my son cries ( which is normal) she rolls her eyes. She didn’t have a special scissors that is kids friendly and she hurts herself, which is so bad, but she really have no idea how to deal with kids.When it was my turn to cut me hair, she asked me if I still want to cut my hair, which is weird because I already had an appointment for myself so wasn’t sure why would she ask me so! Additionally, the combs and the brushes looks very dirty so I asked her why they’re not dipped in the blue liquid ( whatever they use to clean it) she said that she just dumped it out.
