I brought my daughter and her friend in today for manicures on a Saturday before Christmas, without appointments. BUT from the moment we walked in the nail artists treated us so kindly. The girls got beautiful gel French manicures and a little snowflake nail art. They are both over the moon with how they look and I truly appreciate how well we were treated even though it was a busy day for the artists. We will definitely return. Thank you!

How is it that this place is busy? Service is terrible. The moment you walk in you get the looks like you don’t belong there. The staff is rude. No smiling, no greetings and, here is the kicker, not even an ask what you want when you sit in the chair. I’m a guy so my pedicures are very easy no polish nor anything special needed, just a basic clip, clean and buff. The last didn’t ask and immediately starting filing my nails didn’t clip them. Then when I asked to clip my nails she barely takes anything off and left my nails crooked and pointy (think of Justin Biebers haircut). I asked her to clip them shorter but she said “no it’s fine like that”. I have rough parts under my feet, she barely uses the buffer. Instead my feet are tougher than before I arrived. My normal place was too busy so I went here after my GF and her mother complained about this place. Taking my chances was a mistake. Needless to say I will not return.

I came in at 5 to get a gel pedi and gel dip mani. First red flag should’ve been the fact they asked me what a gel dip mani was. I then continue for my pedicure. She literally just clipped my toe nails, filed, slight buff and done. No massage, no scrubbing of the bottom of my feet, nothing! I then go to find a color and they have no matching gel polish to their gel dip powder. They’re extremely rude. Told me to match my own polish colors. Was irritated when I asked her to cut my toe nails short bc I don’t like them long. It’s just been such a horrible experience. I told her not to polish my toes anymore after being told at 6:20 they close at 7 and can’t do a design (even after telling them I’m not getting my nails done). If I could give this place 0 stars, or negative stars, I would! The owner is a jerk on top of it and seemed irritated when I walked in as well as repeat customers who came in with complaints and sent away (polish off nails after 2 days, acrylic popping off in the same day)… go here at your own risk.., seriously
