charlotte’s chair is really good value. everyone is friendly and the haircuts are great. however, there have been multiple occasions when i show up during posted business hours and no one is there. for example, today i showed up around 4:50pm, which is an hour and ten minutes before they are supposed to close and no one is here. i waited over 30 minutes for someone to show up, but no one ever came. will make an appointment next time, it’s just frustrating since you expect someone to be present during posted business hours.

Nice atmosphere with friendly and entertaining staff . Came in for a perm and left with a ruptured eardrum and a burn inside my ear.BUT my hair looks amazing . So for that Thank you . Also Nellie went above and beyond what was expected I really appreciate you stoping what you were doing with your client to help me , when you could see I was in physical pain from the chemicals squirted inside my ear .

The stylisy was initially very nice however I paid good money for hair color that washed out and when I called to let them know they offered me no resolution to make it right. I would not pay them to do another bad job on my hair. Very disappointed.
